We are working with our colleagues at Transport for Greater Manchester and Halfords, who have offered to loan 30 bikes to us so we can help you get to and from work easily.
The bikes are available in a variety of sizes, and come with a lock, lights and helmet: the kinds of models we expect to have access to can be seen here and here. The initial loan period will be three months directly with TfGM, who will discuss next steps at the end of the loan period.

If you are interested in a bike loan
If you would like to start cycling to Nightingale North West, and meet all three of the criteria below, then register for a bike loan from TfGM, and we will help with the arrangements.
- You currently don’t have access to a bike for yourself
- You don’t have the spare funds to buy a bike
AND
- You live or commute within cycling distance of the field hospital.
